WALTER (WALLY) MOHR With deep sorrow we announce that on June 17, 2008 Walter Wally Mohr peacefully passed away at the age of 66. Wally will be missed and always remembered by his loving wife of 44 years, Evelyn; three children, Chris (Jillian) of Parksville, British Columbia; Kurt (Susan) of Weyburn, Saskatchewan and Cheryl (Brian) Guttman of Scandia, Alberta; grandchildren, Kayla and Braeden Mohr, Anna and Liam Guttman; brother Gerhard of Selkirk, Manitoba and niece Ramona (Chris) Beckman; many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Wally was predeceased by his parents, Otto and Anna Maria and sister-in-law Frieda. Wally was born on November 13, 1941 to Otto and Maria of Gunton, Manitoba. He married Evelyn Jean Griffin on November 9, 1963. A memorial service will be held from the War Veterans Community Hall in Swan River, Manitoba on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Windsor Cemetery, Teulon, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada Parkland Chapter, Unit B1, 101 1st Avenue N.W., Dauphin, Manitoba R7N 1G8 or to a charity of your choice.
